The history of Chateau de Falloux goes back to the 18th century. In the 19th century it was rebuilt and refurbished by Count Alfred de Falloux - who was a minister during the reign of Napoleon III. The latest restoration of 2018 gave the castle a kiss of new life making it a proper luxurious up-to-date residence which at the same time has fully preserved its authenticity. It is also known that the previous owners bought the chateau in 2016 for slightly more than $1mn.

The property has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. 11 bedrooms were partially restored. The castle's total area is 800m2, while the estate occupies some 10+ hectares. There are stables, carriage houses, garages and domestic accommodations totaling 700m2 and containing 6 luxury apartments that sleep up to 30 people.
The chateau also boasts the largest partially restored private chapel in the region adorned with beautiful painted vaulted ceiling.
